It was early in the morning, ten in the morning to be exactly correct. The cold wind was blowing about...well before it was. But for the past week or so, a sudden heat wave came up which made it around seventy degrees in California. Since the boy didn't want to get all sweaty in his hoodies, he took an ole hoodie that he had and sliced the sleeves off of it, making it a short sleeve hoodie. What was the day you ask? Well it was none other than Saturday, the beginning of the weekend.

"The smell of the fresh urban streets....you couldn't get this back in West Virginia that's for sure." the boy said as he smoothly skated with his AT's; not going at his full limit but not going slow either. It was nice to feel the early spring wind bash against his body, creating the illusion that he too was a bird, one that flew with no set path. He dashed past pedestrians, jumped over fire hydrants, and easily dodged motorized vehicles. The good thing about this was that SAF hardly came out of nowhere to capture storm riders, most of the time it had to be a big event where tons of them were gathered in one spot.

Oh Saturday, the one sinful pleasure in Ophelia’s life at this point since the rest of her week was occupied with petty items such as work that brought her no joy at all. Most people would have simply considered today to simply be that day that offered them a break from the real world, a break that was only added to with the perfect weather that was only growing warmer by the hour. However it was so much more to the light haired female for one reason only: it allowed her to be happy for once and put her in an unusually delightful mood. While she spent most of the days outside of the summer season either silent or feigning happiness, today allowed the air to blossom and with a happiness that rarely came out. She was so pleased that she even allowed her well built was to slip if only for a few hours, deciding to do the unthinkable that would surely come back to haunt her just like the rest of her decisions.

Her bright crimson hues danced with mischief as she began to brush out her sun kissed, beach waved hair, the velvety locks framing her pale face as she stared at the people who passed by her as she stood in the alley way. The sun barely hit her pale skin, a light white shirt that hung off her shoulders cladding her torso with an intricate heart of corals and aquamarines in the middle. Her legs were covered by a pair of short, dark wash jean shorts, her stomach covered by the fringe of the shirt that stopped just after the middle of her stomach to show even more of the sickly skin. Ophelia was not paying attention to her attire though, only calculating how she could keep from looking like a deviant in the streets of San Francisco; that was obviously an impossible task though considering the fact that any child on a pair of roller skates was considered to be the devil.

Her calculations came to an abrupt halt as she began to do what she let go of all her inhibitions, throwing her weight down and onto the back of her beautifully metallic skates. Her body moved out onto the urban streets, dancing around pedestrians and other objects that threatened to hold her back as she headed in a southward direction. Most of those around her could near the sound of people cussing at her or calling her derogatory names, but her mind was too lost in the beat that blared in her ear drums from the music player in her jean pocket.

Suddenly a cold breeze skittered across the pale skin of her exposed legs, her crimson orbs dancing to her right to take in the image of a young pale haired boy. He seemed to be smirking lightly, skating as though the world could not catch him; she did not disturb him though, a feeling that he would turn to her bubbling into her chest as her eyes remained silent.

Yes, AT's were the true key to a lock on a bird's cage. A cage that trapped everyone from one word, freedom. The blonde haired adolescent moved to the right and the left, spinning around after a few directional shifts. Other adults were cursing at pretty much anyone who was riding on the streets, while the kids had ran up to the sidewalks to cheer a storm rider on. However, their cheers did not concern the boy nor their nasty remarks. Long ago he had learned that humanity will either desire or hate something they don't have, trying to have an imaginary chain to everything possible. Some times had had even enjoyed seeing the reactions of people who saw him riding his AT's. To him, seeing different reactions from different people was an activity that brought greater knowledge of a true life than school ever would.

"Get of the streets you fucker!" yelled a man as he shook his fist angrily at the boy. Ken only chuckled to this man's remark. The blonde haired fourteen year old knew that in the end, everyone wanted AT's for one reason or another. To get famous, to be a great athlete, to see crying faces of defeat stamped upon their opponents face and more. If a person's desire was strong enough, they would eradicate anything and everything that was standing in their way to achieve their goal, only to have a feeling of emptiness afterwards.

"Hmm...?" the boy had hummed to himself, noticing a blonde hair female riding AT's who was a bit older than him. With a closer inspection, he noted that her AT's were not normal ones...they were made of metal? Sure there was different types of Air Trecks in the world, but none of them that Ken had saw were close to having such material used for them.

"Could they be...?" he whispered to himself, taking one last inspection on them.

"With no doubt...those have to be Regalia..." he thought to himself, starting to ride towards to older woman. Some people didn't know what Regalia were, but the boy took it upon himself to research further into the history of Air Trecks. Regalia were awarded to one of the top storm riders, at least they were supposed to. Within a few seconds of noticing the girl, he rode towards her, still ignoring all the comments that the other citizens were making.

"So you're a storm rider too?" he said as he turned around quickly and smacked away a soda can that was thrown by the same man who was yelling at Ken earlier.

The sight of the male’s lips moving to form unknown words made Ophelia focus on his lips for a few moments, trying to understand what he had uttered considering her music was up so loud. She had always hated reading lips though and soon enough she reached up to tug the white wires from her drums in order to speak to him normally, the ear pieces falling limp against her chest as they stuck out of the front of her shirt. She had to guess at what he had mentioned to her guessing that he had said some question along the lines of whether or not she was a storm rider. It was such a stupid question in her opinion and for a moment she questioned his intelligence, her eyes flickering over him as she took the chance to absorb his appearance while she was at it.

From what she could tell upon a first glance he was nothing more than a young teenager gone aerie, the curious glint in his eyes giving that away clearly; to add to that he was obvious stupid or ignorant, her choosing to take the latter as her decision for the time being. Most of the time she would have toyed with those type of Storm-Riders, the ignorant who were still new to the game, but today she felt generous. Instead of throwing some bitter remark at him or lunging at him to rip his flesh she simply kept her eyes forward, a sly smirk coming to cross her pale lips. Slowly words danced from her tongue, her scarred legs moving in unison silently to push her forward.

”I believe your answer is obvious since I am riding Air Treks. Let’s try not to point out the obvious with your next one.”

Most would have found the remark offensive, putrid even simply because nobody ever spoke with such spite in their tone. For her this was mild though, nice even and she had to admit that the weather was getting to her head. Still she did not move away from him or attack him, only skating a foot or so to her left as a soda can came flying between them. Her eyes began to sparkle with mischief in that moment, flickering back to see a man cursing at them at the top of his lungs.

”I believe your answer is obvious since I am riding Air Treks. Let’s try not to point out the obvious with your next one.” she said with a spiteful tone. The young teenage boy was wondering what he should do in this situation. He could have just rode away, but her regalia had indeed picked at his interest. It was in a situation like this, that the blonde haired child decided to switch his personalities around. The boy had about three sets of personalities that he used. One of them being his current confident one, his other being the cheerful friendly one, and the last being his true personality, his blank personality. That one was when he talked in a monotone voice and his eyes would show no emotion. He simply chose to use the previous facades in other situations in which he would need them to gain the advantage in some battle of sorts. The boy's face changed to a blank one, signifying his blank persona.

"You're right, my apologies." he said in his monotone voice that was accompanied with a bit of sincerity. In reality, he really did mean this to be true. Perhaps this was the facade that this woman would like the most out of his three?

"I see you're no beginner." said Ken as he directed his eyes to her regalia, being easily noticeable by the woman if she was paying attention. A few more men began throwing trash, Ken easily maneuvering out of the way each time they attempted to throw their filthy belongings at him.

"It seems that the adults in human society today have had their maturity level brought down to that of a fetus." the boy had sighed as he put his hand over his face in attempt to ignore the bashful people that were just nearby.

Her eyes danced over the child’s face as she began to take in the information he offered her based off of facial reactions and body movements. She had expected him to immediately turn and take off or call her a derogatory name for using such malicious words, but his body only changed to match her tone by building up a shield. That was definitely a turn of events, one that made her slightly curious though she would never show it. With a slight smirk she listened to the monotone words that came out of his mouth, words of meaningless apologies that he said most likely only to keep her in a decent mood. Sure she could hear some sincerity behind his words, but there were nothing that truly interested her as she continued along.

A large piece of wood came flying past Ophelia’s head, her eye brows raising slightly as she wondered who on earth would have such an item to throw at them and who had such good aim. However she would not bother with this and instead only turn her attention back to the male with sun kissed hair. He was speaking again, mentioning that she was not a beginner and something about adults being a bunch of idiots in a poetic way. Now this side of the child she enjoyed much more, someone whose personality did not completely clash with her own, but his curiosity was a bit of a nuisance. She could tell that he was staring at her Air-Treks, evaluating them for something extraordinary that stared him right in his face. She could not help but smirk at his reaction, his sparkling eyes giving away the fact that he recognized something more to her movements as she skated along with her crimson splattered devices.

”What can you expect from a deteriorating society. However I would have thought you knew better; staring is rude child.”

Instead of letting the word child dance through her thoughts she spoke it aloud, revealing how she saw the male who rode next to her and dodged random items that were threatening to assault their body. She was growing tired with that, the pieces of trash that tried to stick to her body, so she easily turned herself and started flying in a direction away from the annoying pedestrians with the thought that the male would probably come next to her soon enough.

The two had somewhat of a connection going on right about now. No, they did not have a real friendly connection but one good enough to mingle around for a short period of time at the most it seemed.

”What can you expect from a deteriorating society. However I would have thought you knew better; staring is rude child.” and with that, she began to ride off after a man threw a piece of bark at the woman. The insanity that was erupting from this place was getting a bit out of hand for the boy so he decided to just ride of with the girl. He was slowly catching up to the girl who didn't seem to be going all at the top with her speed, good thing since she had to be a better storm rider than the boy. While riding, he decided to practice the hip movements for the Morganian Road that he had previous learned from Luna.

He didn't dare to do anything overly skilled that would cause him pain, only practicing the motions so he could get more accustomed to his road. There was a few minutes of silence between the two riders as they rode. Two other riders had been blocking the way they were riding from, two teenagers of the age sixteen, both having black hair.

"Hey are these two hoping that they can give us their money today?" the boy with spiky black hair said with a sadistic smile.

"I don't know...you can take care of that blonde bastard while I take down this blonde bitch!" she said, giving Ken and Ophelia the bird upon ending her statement.

"What a pain in the ass..." the Ken had said, knocking his hair out from the top of his eyes. He really did not enjoy fighting that much, at least this early in the morning.

As she silently road along Ophelia let her gaze linger on his odd movements, movements that had obviously been taught to him by someone else since they were so uncharacteristic of most newer riders. In fact they were unique of all riders except for the Thorn Queen really, but him showing those characteristics would only make the situation that much more complex. However, it could also mean that he was in the running to hold one of the Link-Roads, something she knew enough about since she was a rider of one. These thoughts peaked her interest, making her wonder who he was associating. She debated on whether or not she should throw some snide comment at him in order to throw his movements off or get him to reveal a name, that would tell her who was being sneaky and trying to bring up a new set or riders, but her thoughts were all silence as a new voice broke through.

Her crimson orbs swiveled over to see two raven haired Storm-Riders arguing with one another, the female yelling about she was going to “take down the blonde bitch”, the bitch being Ophelia herself. All she could think about the two was that they were either bold or idiots, the latter probably being the correct answer. Still she did not act out against them just yet, a sly smile coming to her lips as she raised her voice just loud enough for the duo to hear.

”Hey sweetheart, I’d rather tango with your little friend over there. At least he could pose some sort of challenge to me.”

It was a comment meant to tease her, to lure her into throwing the first punch. After all, Ophelia never did like being the first to attack when it was so much easier to listen, watch, and judge those who were coming after you. A first more revealed so much.

OOC: It's fine. Fair warning though, I'm about to be a bitch. xD

”Hey sweetheart, I’d rather tango with your little friend over there. At least he could pose some sort of challenge to me.” Ophelia had said with a smile. The blonde haired boy continued to look at the duo with a blank face. He didn't know enough about Ophelia to know if she was trying to trick them into fighting first, or if she was just so confident about her strength.

"That little fucking bitch...Ben you go for that kid over there, I'm going to teach this fucking skank a lesson...!" she said with her jagged teeth pointing right out of her mouth.

"Oh great, we have to deal with a stupid revenge bitch...?" the boy whispered to himself as he planted his hand upon his face. The other guy beside the female opponent looked like he was in a "Oh great this again" mood. He turned back to Ken after Ophelia's comment, his face quickly returning back to its sadistic appearance.

"Well kid, let's see how well you fare..." with a smirk, he went off riding towards the boy. In a situation like this, a normal AT rider would be a bit nervous. However, Ken was a different type of Storm Rider, one who could calmly analyze the situation.

"Go ahead...but you better not let me catch you..." the boy said in his annoyed tone from all of this tomfoolery.

"Here I come!" the man yelled, just a few feet from the boy. Ken quickly moved his body to the side with the help of his road and managed to grab the male's hand.

"What are you some kind of gay kid?" the enemy yelled with a bashful tone.

"Yeah let me show you some of my "love" if I must..." without wasting time, the Risen King started to create bubbles of nitrogen within the man's joints, a special power of the Morganian Road. After feeling he put enough in, he brought the man towards him and lashed his foot at him, causing the signature of the Thorn Queen to appear on him; a thorny rose.

"Man kid what's wrong with..." he said before clamping the area near his hips. He gave a quick sign of pain before returning the face of ignorance.

"Leave and I could make that pain go away..." Ken said as he rubbed his fingers together in a bored tone. He knew that what he did was a bit...ruthless, but he felt he did right against a thug who wants to jump people out of nowhere.

"You serious you little bastard? I'm going to demolish you....!"

Ophelia nearly burst into laughter at how easily the other female grew angry, even cussing her out with meaningless words that were meant to hurt her in some evil way. They did nothing but entertain the elder female simply because it made the other girl out to be an overconfident bitch, a sly smirk coming up to dust Ophelia’s lips at the thought of how easy this would be. Of course she never acted first though, taking her sweet time as she sized up the pathetic girl that stood before her. She was small in stature, nothing really making her to appear intimidating in Ophelia’s mind except perhaps her rebellious attitude.

It appeared that the obsidian haired girl grew irritated with Ophelia’s lack of motions rather quickly though, her eyes flashing dangerously as she suddenly darted forward to attack her. The girl began flying down the concrete street in the direction of her opponent, threatening to rip the blonde’s hair in her head as she swung at her. The actions were predictable though and without missing a beat Ophelia ducked down to reflect the blow, letting the female skid past her as she began to ready herself to give the child a taste of her own power.

In one swift movement the woman turned her body around like a ballerina on the balls of her feet, the girl continuing to skate forward for a few more seconds as she began to comprehend what had just happened and regain her bearings. It was in that moment that Ophelia started to rip her prey to shreds, throwing her leg down the girl’s back to created a bloody and jagged line of ribbioned flesh; the girl screamed out in pain at this motion, coming to a dead stop as her feral eyes moved to find her attacker. Unfortunately for her the blonde was not about to stop there though, sadistic intent flickering behind her crimson irises as she began circling the girl without pausing for a single second. In three twists of her body and throw of her Air Treks the raven child had blood dripping down not only her back but down her side and stomach as well, the beautiful liquid pooling at her feet as a sickening pace.

”I suppose you know who not to mess with now, child. Or do you still want to fight?”

Her eyes were now dancing with a devious mischief, her body finally coming to a halt before the child who had just been hushed in a manner of seconds. A few of her curled locks were now spread about her face in a wild yet sophisticated fashion, her body ready to launch a predatorial attack on the bleeding rabbit before her. If she said that she was done Ophelia would leave her be today out of generosity, but if she did not then she would show just a slight taste of the true power of the Blood Regalia and the Carving Road.

OOC: Excuse the crap post, please. <3

The girl that Ophelia had unleashed her small bit of furry on was now laying on the ground. Was she going to make Ophelia, the strong Blood Queen pay for what she did? No of course not, she was not that much of a dumbass. In fact, she was even crying as she held herself shaking, even getting in the fettle position. Ken got an image of this from the corner of his eye, giving a slight smile at the strength the woman had showed.

"Don't worry, this guy's gonna be in a even worse position than that girl is....if he is lucky enough that is...." the sun bleached haired boy said as he turned his gaze directly at his opponent. It was pretty obvious that his previous attack had an extreme affect on the thug, his once speedy movements now becoming sluggish.

"Fuck off brat..." he said, panting in between those three words. Without wasting time, Ken dashed forward and preformed his signature Blade Windmill trick, causing different imprints of sloppy roses to form on the man's body as he screamed in agony. He may have been in less pain if the attack wasn't directed towards his mid stomach/hip area; where the nitrogen bubbles were forming.

"Now here's a small lesson of pain for you..." Ken said, shoving his fist into the man's stomach after he was just overwhelmed by his last attack as second ago. Bit by bit, bubbles were beginning to form in the man's body, the rate increasing as the boy connected his other hand to the torso and one foot on the enemy's leg. In just a few seconds of struggling, the man was actually on the verge of crying from the pain that he was going through. Finally thinking that he put the man through enough shit, he kicked him down to the ground and walked away.

"Don't expect to be riding for about a week, and that's if you go see a doctor...and don't forget to take your little friend with you. We don't want all of that blood to freeze on the road tonight now do we?" the boy said, showing that he was pretty annoyed that he had to get into some fight over nothing. He looked once more at the woman's work on the other girl's body.

"A work of art in it's most viscous form wouldn't you agree?" said the boy as he scratched the back of his head.

Ophelia could not help but let a small smirk pass her lips as she peered down at the child who had fallen so quickly, blood splattered all over the place in little speckles of dark crimson and bright red. As expected the girl did not move from her position on the ground, simply keeping herself quiet and trying to appear insignificant in the hopes that the older woman would just leave her be. Of course Ophelia could have been the devil and ripped the poor girl farther down into her own personal hell, but she figured that she had enough for one day. It was that and the fact that she found the little fight that was happening right behind her to be much more interesting now that the blonde haired boy had spoken about his opponent being in even worse shape than his counterpart.

The idea of someone else being just as violent as Ophelia made questions blossom all over her thoughts because it seemed so unusual to her. The male who she had run into did not appear to have any violent tendencies based souly on appearance, but she supposed that there might just be something hiding behind the ignorant demeanor he wore for all of those who had to judge him based souly off an image. Silently she turned on her heel to get a better view of the battle that was about to be finished off, silent hopes that it would be slightly entertaining appearance before her eyes. She did not utter a single word as she watch the obsidian haired boy receive disfigured imprints of roses all over his body, the designs singing his body with permanent scars that would bring far more than just emotional scars; from his whimpers of pain it seemed that he would be receiving a few marks across his pale skin as well.

Once satisfied with his handy work though the boy simply walked away from the mess he had made with a comment about seeing a doctor, a little side note being added about him taking his friend with him so blood would not freeze on the road. The initial comment had been entertaining to Ophelia, but the second one elicited the devious smirk that fit so perfectly upon her lips. It seemed as though she had run into something quite interesting and she enjoyed watching ever second of it unfold into a bloody mess. Even the boy’s words directed at her matched her mood, her crimson orbs that matched the puddles all around dancing lightly as she began to speak.

“True, but the most vicious form is always the most beautiful. There are simply those who do not appreciate how lovely it is, and for my sanity it appears that you do.”

“True, but the most vicious form is always the most beautiful. There are simply those who do not appreciate how lovely it is, and for my sanity it appears that you do.” the blonde haired woman with the bloodiest roads with a devious smirk. Ken even managed a small laugh from this girl, real ones usually not making their appearance as so easily as this. From this moment, the teen would recognize her as one of the most dangerous foes he's ever seen, only getting even more interesting from this.

"Indeed, I find your road quite interesting. What people fail to realize when they criticize other roads is that every road is like a paint, the sky being our canvas. If we only had one paint, then it would create nothing new. However, with all the paints together, the AT roads, it creates a piece of work that no one could make alone," the boy had shifted his head in which sun rays had been shooting into his eyes, turning them to a grayish blue hue "And I find your use of red to be a gem in a rock pile."

Oh Ken had the words of a professional poet. At this moment, he had just painted a picture of words on the different roads and the beauty they all make together, even complimenting Ophelia's road which she probably didn't hear all that often. These two, admittedly, had a decent chemistry going on between the two of them. There was none of that childish bickering being exchanged, ignorant statements on who was more powerful, or challenges for a race. The two had only raced on the road in complete silence, throwing aside any comments from the outside world. If the citizens had seen what they did to the two hoodlums that they rode away from not too long ago, then they would certainly shut the hell up.

"I forgot that I never introduced myself," the boy sped up a little bit closer to Hawthorne, but he was about seven feet away from here "Ken Amudo." the boy said with a small bow of his head, unaware if the female had seen his gesture.

The words that the boy used to respond to Ophelia made curiosity sparkle within her crimson hues, wondering just where that sort of statement had come from. The reason for this was simple; she rarely ever heard someone speak in such convoluted riddles as she normally did. She did not know why people found these riddles to be annoying instead of lovely, but it seemed that most of the world did; only people who truly understood the beauty of the sky appreciated what she had to say. She had to admit that she was quite pleased by the fact that he understood her love for these intricately laced words, though she wondered just how long he would keep speaking that way.

As her thoughts swirled around in her mind in a convoluted mess the boy continued on with his train of thought, introducing himself as Ken Armundo, an interesting name to say the least. It was one that was short and to the point while her own was rather lengthy and filled with hidden meanings, all of which were up to interpretation by the listener. Even more interesting was the fact that he bowed to show her a little respect, something that nobody ever did for her unless they were revealing to her just how terrified they were that she would destroy their bodies in the blink of an eye.

With a small smirk dancing upon her pale lips she let her head drop the slightest in return, her words dancing across her tongue to reveal her own identify, though she had a feeling this boy had some sort of inkling of who she was based off of the bloodied mess that had decorated the pavement just a few moments ago. She decided to also play coy with him in an attempt to draw a little information out of him to learn what rumors were swirling around in the Air Trek World. When you held a title it was assumed that people talked, though they never said anything to your face and only behind your back.

”My name is Ophelia Hawthorne and I am sure that you must have heard some association with those two simple words.”

Ophelia was quiet while she waited for him to utter some sort of sentence about her infamous reputation, but suddenly little sparks of images began to form before her eyes. Disfigured roses were what she was seeing, roses made of blood in fact which only spelt out one thing; the Sonia Road. The Sonia Road was ridden souly by a female though which meant that there was someone at work behind the scenes, someone who Ophelia desperately needed to track down and strangle some answers out of. The beautiful spark of curiosity began to vanish from her eyes as feelings of malice replaced it, her personality altering slightly to become a little more dangerous as she spoke once more to the male who favored roses, words that should hold some importance weaved into her small speech

”Your art form is lovely Ken, but I have noticed that it favors roses over all else. I also took note by your riding style that you are a unique rider who favors the ways of the Sonia Road, but you are clearly not female unless my eyes are playing tricks on me. This means that you must hold something very special within you and I was wondering if this happened to be a portion of what is called a Link-Road; the Morganian Road should be the one I am looking for.”

Ophelia Hawthorne, the sound of it on your tongue was so, alluring. It was indeed an interesting name to say the least.

Soon enough, the female's tone started to turn towards a more serious one.

The boy whipped the hair out of his eyes before he answered the blonde haired woman.

"You're correct, I'm the rider of the Morganian Road. Well, I'm actually a King; The Risen King," the boy said with the girl known as Ophelia possibly being surprised "A few months ago while I was practicing my AT's ability, I met up with a woman known as Luna Cross. She told me to keep all this a secret, but I have no intention of hiding any details." the boy stopped, Ophelia seeming the want more information right here right now.

"I'd say it's been a month or so since I first saw her in San Francisco. She had told me about the Link-Roads and I being the only one of the Morganian Road. If you've ever met her, you know she wants to recruit every single person she can for the Link-Roads and wants to Reopen Paradise like it's the safest haven in the world." Ken said before giving a small sigh from his small speech.

"If you want some hints on where to find her, you'll usually find rumors about her near bars and the hot air treck places. I'll even help you find her if you need any support, it's not like I have anything to do around here."

Would Ophelia accept his help? Or would she turn against him for having any sort of contact with Luna Cross?

The girl remained quiet as she listened to Ken confirm her suspicions that he was indeed the rider of the Morganian Road, or at least in training based upon her observations by his riding technique. Sure he could have easily said that he was the one and only rider to the road, but it took quite a bit of time until they were absolutely perfect at riding their road or at least considered to be a decent rider. She respected him for taking on the challenge of mastering this road of all of them, it posing quite a challenge for a male considering it was a female centered road. However, what she did not respect was the fact that he received his training from Luna Cross of all people.

To say that Ophelia disliked the woman was an understatement, and it was probably very evident to Ken that she did not like the woman’s name even being uttered in her presence by the look that crossed her eyes. Malice immediately filled her eyes and her aura shifted to one of complete disgust, the demon raging silently beneath her skin as she tried to keep from throwing a snide comment into the air just yet. Instead she let the boy finish his comment, hoping that she would not have the urge to slit him into pieces before he could finish giving her all the information he had to offer.

The more he fed to her the more calm she seemed to find herself growing though, thoughts spinning around in her head as she tried to piece all of her knowledge together into a cohesive image. Luna had wanted to know who had given her the Blood Regalia and she was now recruiting all of the Link-Road Storm-Riders to reopen Paradise, another thing she had blabbered on about when in Ophelia’s presence. It seemed as though the female had a one track mind that was taking to nowhere since only one single person knew all there was to know about the items and he was currently missing.

However, it was not this that really stood out in the blonde’s mind, but the fact that he spoke with words that depicted Paradise to not be as perfect as everyone else thought it to be. That mixed with the words of him offering to help the Blood Queen find her made it very clear that perhaps Ken could be of some use to her. To say that the petite female had just gone through an entire roll of emotions within a few minutes was an understatement, but by the end of his speech she was back to her normal self. Nothing was able to be read by her body language, but her eyes and words said everything for her; that and the wicked smirk that had come to settle itself upon her perfectly pale lips.

”Well it seems as though I might just not kill you for associating with that petty woman today; I do not find her to be particularly useful and she could even be considered a nuisance by my standards. Personally I want to foil her attempts in getting together all of the Link-Road Storm-Riders together and if you could help me do this it might just be for the best. That pathetic woman does not need to hold all the keys to the sky and Paradise just is not that perfect in my mind.”

It was clear that there was a little more to her words that what was said, her intentions a little more centered around her own selfish reasons, but she was not about to let Ken in on this insignificant detail just yet.

At first, this woman seemed to be pissed as hell, but Ken informing her that he would be willing to help her brought her back to her former calm state. It was then that this woman began to give another small speech to the boy.

It seemed that Ophelia Hawthorne had once been acquaintance with Luna Cross, and from her words it seemed that she did not particular like that blonde haired lady. The boy weighed his decision on helping this woman once more, making sure that this wasn't going to be some sort of decision that would later bite him in the ass.

"The only way I've thought of making sure to get the Link-Road Storm-Riders away from her would be to steal the remainder of the Regalia. Perhaps they would not trust her as much if they knew she had no way of giving them Regalia. I'll think more on this subject as the day progresses, should we decide rendezvous and a specific time?" the boy said with his eyes still glowing in the sun light. Was he sure that he was making the right decision about this? The only reason he truly did was so that the woman wouldn't rip his throat out and he had nothing else to do on these days.

In all honesty Ophelia had expected the young boy to turn on his heel and run off like a terrified kitten after her little speech because of how hostile she was, but instead he remained calm, standing before her with bright eyes. She could see within his hues that he was contemplating his decisions, figuring out which one would play out in her favor. Of course she did not particularly like that he had to think about doing what she wanted, but she also knew well that everyone had to take a moment to figure out what would work best in their favor. It was for this reason that she remained quiet for a few moments, her arms crossed over her chest as she perched upon the balls of her feet.

For her it seemed to take an eternity before Ken responded to her, his words pouring from his lips in simple sentences. What he said to her proved that he had chosen the side of the Blood Queen over the Pledge Queen, offering a plan where they would steal the remaining Link-Regalia from Luna Cross. It was true that it would keep riders from trusting her as much, but the petite blonde also knew that nobody would trust her to begin with because she did not have the regalia. Most people would probably not realize this right away, but if things continued to turn out as they were then most they would all realize it soon enough. She supposed that this child was just one of those who had not yet learned that the other woman did not have any of the needed information on her side and instead of waiting for him to find out through another source, she simply decided to fill him in herself.

”That would work out well, but I have something in mind that would be much easier to carry out. While most would think that she holds all the Link-Regalia, she actually does not; a man by the name of Gabriel does.”

The woman let a small sigh pass her lips as she adjusted her stance so her weight was balanced on one foot, her left arm dropping to her side as she ran the fingers to her right hand through her bright hair. She hated giving away too much information at once to a person, but in this instant it seemed to be necessary so she continued.

”Gabriel is the one who gifted me my regalia, the Blood Regalia which makes me the Blood Queen if you have not figured that out just yet; this is how I know that she does not hold the Link-Regalia. Soon enough the rest of the Air Trek World will know this as well though because he is hosting a little event in Las Vegas this weekend. If you have not received a letter just yet, then I would scurry home and check your door for I am almost positive that a package awaits your eager eyes.”

With those final words slipping her lips Ophelia adjusted her footing once more, spinning slightly on her heel so she was facing away from the boy. If this boy’s personality was as easy to read as she thought, than he was surely eager to start dancing home in search for the needed letter that would invite him along for the ride; she did not plan on holding him back any longer.

A slight smirk crossed the woman’s lips as she turned her head to peer back at the child with bright red eyes, a smirk painted across her lips as she threw words into the air and back at him with a casual tone for the last time that day.

”I am sure that you will show up at this little game, so do not disappoint me.”

That was her final line to him, her eyes dancing with mischief for a brief moment before she threw her weight back onto the heels of her Air Treks and sped off down the street. It was the first time her and that boy Ken ran into each other, but she was sure that it would not be the last. If they were to meet again and he was on her side then everything would turn out well, but if they met and he had turned on her blood would surely be splattered across the ground.
