It was a slow day in the little café of downtown San Francisco, only two or three people seated around the quaint little room as they either silently drank their tea or typed on their laptop to check their social media site. Of course this was not that slow of a day considering a busy one for the shop was five or six people filtering in or out. Still this left the petite female who was perched at the counter rather bored, her bright red eyes scanning the room to see if there was anything else she could do to keep her day moving. Everyone looked as though they were attended to or quite content in their position though so she simply left them alone and spun on her heel to go and get herself a cup of winter dream tea which had recently come in for the icy season to warm her chilled body. Ophelia took some heated water from a kettle and poured it into a nice porcelain cup, placing the bag of tea leaves in the hot liquid right after and allowing the brown color to overtake the once clear liquid while she sat at the counter and to wait for a new customer to wander inside.
Today Ophelia had let her usually devious demeanor slip and a more fitting one take over, an aura of happiness and comfort over wrapping around her body as she slowly rose the cup to her pale lips and took a sip of the warm liquid. She had her long, pale locks pulled up into a loose ponytail at the crown of her head, her hair poofed out at the top and the strands messy to give her a more relaxed look. Only a single hair hung in her face, dancing around her bright red hues that were trained on nothing in the room; the color stood out immensely behind the obsidian lashes that were outlined with a coal black eye liner. Still nothing seemed to catch her attention so she pulled her music player out from the pocket to her apron and put one of the ear buds in her ear before pressing shuffle on the device so a tune could envelope her thoughts. Right away a familiar tune began to dance through her head, a small smile returning to ghost over her lips as she hummed along.
