Personality: Kyuuzou is happy-go-lucky and goofy, something that annoys most of the other people around him. But that personality is just a cover since his true personality is considerably calmer and much more serious, but he still has a habit of joking around and disrespecting those around him. He is extremely arrogant, insulting even the strongest riders. Kyuuzou has shown great ability in manipulating others to do his work for him making others attack innocents for no reason at all.

He appears to have a somewhat twisted outlook with respect to this, often avoiding responsibility by claiming that people acted voluntarily, though in reality they were coerced or manipulated by him. Despite his calm demeanour and intelligence, Kyuuzou has shown a habit of taking very risky gambles to advance his plans. he seems to enjoy sitting down and taking his time with things, especially when telling stories about past events. He has a hidden miserable side of his personality thinking that he is 'no one' and has no desire whatsoever to be anyone, all that matters to him is the hate of a world he believes is "worthless" and full of misery.

Appearance: He wears an orange swirl-pattern mask. Under his cloak, he wears a black long-sleeve top that also covers his neck and chin, a pair of black gloves, and a pair of dark blueish/black pants along with the standard shinobi like shoes and white stirrups. On his waist, he wears a thick black belt with armour-like metal plates attached to it.

One thing most people note about him is when they see his eye, it appears to be red with an odd patern around the cirelia. It makes him look menacing but is dulled when his fun loving and joking attitude is shown. Whenever his hood is down it reveals his short black spiky hair.
